Saturday LEGS!

6 x Barbell Deadlift (35kg / 40kg)
12 x Weighted Lunge Jumps (5kg / 10kg)

[Repeat 3 times]

Squats on Smith Machine, 4 sets incl a drop set
Leg Extension, 3 sets
Leg Curl, 3 sets
Abductor, 4 x 30

DONE!… Ouch

Didnt have time for the leg press(!), although not sure it was working anyway (phew)

I can, and I will.

Motivation – No excuses

 

Ive got my motivation back. Taken long enough, but its back. A combination of a sudden shock of looking what faces me in the mirror and the fact that clothes are getting tight again.

Depressing yes. But I can do it.

In 2011 I started a blog (fatboytim.net). This went to pot. Now with added motivation (and a little knowledge) I’m back with a new blog, nutrition plan and training regime that is going to push me to the next level.

Standby for updates (many), recipes, videos and photos. Its time to break out the before and after pictures, if anything to motivate myself :)

I’ll also share supplement reviews, what i currently take, and anything else that i think may be relevant!
